Recycle dusty unwanted IT equipment for cash with these easy steps;

Download and complete the Buyback & Consignment Program Chart form. Provide as much detail as possible. There is no minimum quantity of equipment required. Return the list of buyback equipment to sales@hardwaresolutions.ca or, fax it directly to the sales department at +514-631-8911.
Within 72 hours from the receipt of the equipment list, Hardware Solutions will reply back with an offer.
When the equipment is ready at no charge to you, Hardware Solutions will arrange for pickup at your facility and brought back to our warehouse. For an additional fee we can make arrangements to have the hardware removed from your infrastructure, boxed and prepared for shipment.
Upon receipt of the hardware, we will inspect and test the equipment. A check will then be issued for the items purchased as per the offer agreed upon.

+ Consignment Program:

For high-end IT equipment with a greater dollar value, consider Hardware Solutions’ simple consignment program. It is easy turnkey program and no minimum quantity is required.

Download and complete the Buyback & Consignment Program Chart form. Provide as much detail as possible. Return the list of buyback equipment to sales@hardwaresolutions.ca or, fax it directly to the sales department
at +514-631-8911.
Upon HSC agreeing to take the items under consignment, a contract reflecting the terms and conditions is drawn up for your review and approval.
Once the consignment contract is agreed to, at no charge to you, Hardware Solutions will arrange for pickup at your facility and brought back to our warehouse. For an additional fee we can make arrangements to have the hardware removed from your infrastructure, boxed and prepared for shipment.
Upon receipt of the hardware, Hardware Solutions will inspect, test catalog and store the equipment in our facilities. A report listing all the items received is then sent to you.
To keep our customers informed, a report listing the sales of the consigned inventory will be sent on a regular basis.
For each consignment sales and as per the agreed conditions, Hardware Solutions will issue a check to our customer within 30 days of the sale.

+ Data Wipe:

A primary concern that our customers have regarding recycling of IT equipment is the release of confidential and proprietary information and/or the licensed software that remains on hard drives and other storage medium. Hardware Solutions takes this concern very seriously and provides a data security service to shield your company from such exposure.

In performing a “military wipe” on any storage medium, Hardware Solutions ensures removal of all written hard drive data. A three pass military wipe of the hard drive will also remove all software applications and operating systems found on the storage medium. This process does leave the hard drive intact and reusable.

For your records, a certificate confirming the procedure of each hard drive according to their serial number is issued. This provides your organization with the peace of mind that data has been deleted and impossible to recover or restore.
